Terms and Conditions

Effective: 12 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-12-r7

These Terms govern SabAI and form the contract between you and VARGA ISTVÁN BERTALAN – Sole Proprietor. Please read them before creating an account or purchasing. Mandatory consumer rights always remain unaffected.

1. Service provider and contact

Operator: VARGA ISTVÁN BERTALAN – Sole Proprietor (egyéni vállalkozó). Registered address: 1078 Budapest, VII. district, Murányi utca 38., ground floor, door 9, Hungary. Tax ID: 67025086-1-42. Registration number: 42530889. Email for support, complaints and legal notices: support@sabaivisa.com. Further provider information is available in the Legal Notice.

2. What SabAI is

SabAI is visa-preparation software. It helps users organise a Schengen visitor-visa preparation process, consult source-linked checklists, create editable letter drafts and arrange selected relationship material. The public SabAI product chat explains verified product features and prices only; it does not give case-specific visa advice, access an account or create documents. SabAI is not a government authority, embassy, law firm or immigration adviser. It does not submit applications, decide eligibility or guarantee any outcome. Current instructions of the competent authority always take priority.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering into a contract. You must provide accurate information, keep access to your account secure and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised use. The account owner may invite one collaborator to a Complete workspace and controls that access. You may use the Service only for your own or your invited partner’s lawful application preparation.

4. Free Checklist

The Free Checklist includes a personalised document list, official-source links, saving and progress tracking. No payment card is required. The checklist is informational: requirements, forms and appointment arrangements may change. You must check every requirement with the competent authority before filing. Free features may be changed prospectively, but this does not reduce paid rights already acquired.

5. SabAI Complete and add-ons

SabAI Complete has a standard one-time price of €149. The Summer Sale price is €99 for checkouts completed no later than 1 September 2026 at 23:59 Bangkok time (UTC+7); afterwards the standard price applies automatically. A valid coupon may reduce the displayed amount. The final amount shown by Stripe before payment is the total price charged. Complete includes 180 days of full access for the account owner and one invited collaborator, up to 100 album photos, 10 AI album reviews and the paid tools displayed at checkout. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Account-only add-ons are: +90 days for €79, +5 AI reviews for €10 and +100 photo slots for €15. Review and photo add-ons require active Complete access.

6. Ordering and contract formation

Before payment you can review the purchase, total price, billing details, these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Clicking the payment button submits an order with an obligation to pay. Payment is handled by Stripe. The contract is formed when Stripe confirms successful payment and we provide electronic confirmation. We issue an electronic invoice using the billing information you provide. The contract language is the language in which these Terms were displayed to you; English and Thai versions are provided. If their interpretation differs, the English version governs to the extent permitted by mandatory law. We store transaction and acceptance records but do not make an individually negotiated contract text available for editing.

7. Access, expiry and continuity

Full access starts after verified payment and normally remains active for 180 days. A time extension bought while access is active is added to the current expiry; if access has expired, it starts on the extension purchase date. After full access expires, existing checklists, saved drafts and completed materials remain readable and downloadable while the account is retained. New AI actions, uploads, edits and export generation are disabled. We may replace a feature with a materially equivalent function when needed for security, legal compliance or technical continuity, without reducing the purchased access period or base limits.

8. Statutory 14-day consumer right

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, distance-contract law generally provides 14 days to withdraw. Full access starts after verified payment. Acceptance of these Terms alone does not waive a mandatory withdrawal right. The consequences of beginning a digital service or supplying digital content during the withdrawal period are governed by applicable law. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, a withdrawal right is lost only when all legally required conditions have been met. These rules do not affect statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming digital content or services.

9. Withdrawal, statutory refunds and no voluntary money-back guarantee

SabAI does not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee or change-of-mind refund. This does not restrict any mandatory right of withdrawal, termination, price reduction, reimbursement or remedy for non-conforming digital content or services. To exercise a statutory withdrawal right, send an unequivocal statement to support@sabaivisa.com before the applicable deadline. You may write: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [purchase], ordered on [date], name, address, date.” We will confirm receipt. Where a refund is legally due, it is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving a valid withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. Only deductions and proportionate charges permitted by applicable law may be applied to a statutory refund. A request that is not based on a mandatory statutory right is a discretionary goodwill request and creates no entitlement to a refund. We may approve or refuse it, in whole or in part, case by case. We may consider the time elapsed since purchase; access and use of paid functions; AI actions and reviews used; drafts, letters, translations or other documents generated; photos uploaded; relationship albums created, exported or downloaded; collaborator access; direct costs already incurred; suspected abuse; and the particular circumstances described by the customer. A voluntary refund will normally be refused once a material part of the Service has been used or a core output has been generated, exported or downloaded. Approval in one case does not require approval in another and does not establish a continuing practice. These discretionary criteria never replace or reduce a remedy required by applicable law.

10. Digital-service conformity and support

We supply the Service in conformity with the contract and provide security and other updates required by applicable law during the relevant period. If the Service is unavailable or materially fails to match the contract, contact support@sabaivisa.com with the account email and a description of the issue. Depending on applicable law, you may be entitled to have conformity restored, a proportionate price reduction, termination and/or reimbursement. Nothing in these Terms restricts non-waivable statutory guarantee or consumer rights.

11. AI functions, drafts, translations and official sources

The public product chat is limited to SabAI information and cannot provide visa advice or create documents. AI-generated text, reviews and translations inside the paid workspace are editable working drafts and can contain errors, omissions or unsuitable wording. You must review them and verify all facts before use. An AI translation is not certified, sworn or authority-approved. Generated material does not replace mandatory government forms or professional advice. Source links and review dates help verification but do not guarantee that an authority has not changed a requirement since the last check.

12. Your content and sensitive information

You retain your rights in information, drafts and photos you provide. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and format that content only as needed to operate, secure and support the Service. You must have a lawful basis or permission to upload information about another person and must not upload unnecessary third-party data. Special-category data is processed only after the explicit consent requested in the paid onboarding or another valid legal basis, as explained in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent, but this may prevent functions that require that data.

13. Acceptable use

You must not use SabAI to mislead an authority, create false evidence, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, introduce malicious code, probe or bypass security, scrape the Service, resell access, or use the Service unlawfully. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to stop misuse, protect users or comply with law. Except in urgent cases, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue. Suspension does not remove mandatory refund or consumer rights.

14. Intellectual property

The SabAI software, design, brand assets and our original public content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No ownership transfers to you. During lawful access we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service. You may download and use outputs created for your own application. “SabAI” is used as a brand name; no claim of registered-trademark status is made unless expressly stated in an official register.

15. Availability and liability

We use reasonable care to operate and secure the Service, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security incidents, internet failures or third-party providers. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of non-waivable consumer rights, or any liability that law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for an authority’s decision, inaccurate or incomplete user information, failure to follow current official instructions, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

16. Termination and account deletion

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. Deletion is irreversible and may remove access to saved materials, subject to records we must retain by law. We may terminate an account for a material or repeated breach after reasonable notice, or immediately where necessary for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Paid consumer rights and any refund due under mandatory law remain unaffected.

17. Changes to these Terms

The version accepted at purchase governs that purchase. We may update these Terms for future use because of legal, security, technical or service changes. Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible and will not retrospectively remove purchased rights. If consent is legally required for a new processing activity, continued use alone will not replace that consent.

18. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please first contact support@sabaivisa.com; we aim to answer consumer complaints within 30 days. Hungarian consumers may apply to the Budapest Conciliation Board (Budapesti Békéltető Testület), seat: 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99., I. floor, room 111; mailing address: 1253 Budapest, P.O. Box 10; email: bekelteto.testulet@bkik.hu; phone: +36 1 488 2131. You may also contact the competent consumer-protection authority or court. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer operating.

19. Governing law

Hungarian law governs these Terms. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice does not remove mandatory protections available under the law of that country. The competent courts are determined by mandatory procedural and consumer-protection rules. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

20. Privacy and contact

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Provider and registry information is in the Legal Notice. Questions, complaints, withdrawal notices and privacy requests may be sent to support@sabaivisa.com.

21. Partner Program

Any logged-in account may apply to join the SabAI Partner Program. A partner may share a unique 10% customer-discount code and referral link. A commission is payable only for a referred customer’s first successful SabAI Complete purchase: 500 THB for a THB payout profile or €13 for an EUR payout profile. Extensions and add-ons do not qualify. Commission is pending for 14 days after payment and becomes available only if it remains eligible. Any full or partial refund reverses the full commission. A dispute may temporarily reverse a commission; a dispute decided in the customer’s favour may restore it when otherwise eligible. Self-referrals are prohibited. Referral links are attributed for 30 days only after marketing-cookie consent; customers without that consent may enter a partner code manually at Stripe Checkout. Existing balances retain their recorded currency and amounts. Minimum payout thresholds are 2,000 THB and €50. We may withhold, offset, reverse or refuse a payout where reasonably necessary to apply these rules, prevent fraud or comply with law.

22. Limited tester programme

We may invite up to the stated number of applicants to receive time-limited SabAI Complete access without payment in exchange for active product testing, periodic feedback and an honest review. Applying does not guarantee selection or create a right to free access; selection is discretionary and may prioritise currently supported partner-visit cases with an imminent submission. A review may be positive or negative. If selected, you permit authorised SabAI staff to access relevant workspace content only where needed to investigate your feedback, provide support, secure the Service and improve the product. Applicants must also agree that SabAI may propose selected relationship-album pages or couple photos for future marketing. This required preliminary commitment does not by itself permit publication. Before any public use, SabAI must show the exact material, intended context and channels and obtain separate final approval from every identifiable person concerned. You may withdraw a publication consent prospectively by contacting support@sabaivisa.com.
