This notice identifies the provider of SabAI and provides direct contact and consumer-information channels.

The registration details may be checked in the competent Hungarian sole-proprietor register. Chamber registration is held with the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BKIK). Listing a registration or authority does not mean that the authority endorses SabAI.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
SabAI is online visa-preparation software for organising a Schengen visitor-visa preparation process, consulting source-linked checklists, creating reviewable document drafts and arranging selected relationship material. Its public product chatbot explains verified SabAI features and prices only; it does not provide case-specific visa advice or create documents.
SabAI is not a government authority, embassy, visa application centre, law firm or immigration adviser. It does not file or decide an application and does not guarantee a visa result. Users must verify requirements and final materials with the competent authority.
3. CONTACT, COMPLAINTS AND CONSUMER REDRESS
Support requests, legal notices, privacy requests, withdrawal notices and consumer complaints may be sent to support@sabaivisa.com. We aim to answer consumer complaints within 30 days.

Consumers may also contact the competent consumer-protection authority or court. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued and is therefore not offered as a complaint channel.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The SabAI software, interface, original website text, graphics and brand assets are protected under applicable intellectual-property law. User content remains subject to the rights and limited service licence described in the Terms and Conditions.
“SabAI” is used as a brand name. This notice does not claim registered-trademark status unless that status is shown in an official register.
5. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND OFFICIAL SOURCES
Links to embassies, ministries, EU institutions and application service providers are supplied for convenience and verification. The linked operator controls its own content and availability. A link does not imply endorsement, partnership or responsibility for that third-party website.
6. DATA PROTECTION AND COOKIES
Details of personal-data processing, processors, international transfers, retention and user rights are in the Privacy Policy. Optional analytics and marketing technologies are loaded only according to the choices made in Cookie Preferences, which can be reopened from the website footer.
7. CONTRACT TERMS
Prices, package limits, digital-service conditions, withdrawal information, conformity rights and liability rules are set out in the Terms and Conditions. Those documents should be read before purchase.
