This choice is a deliberate architectural and legal decision to guarantee that sensitive relationship evidence stays within the physical and jurisdictional borders of the European Economic Area (EEA), benefiting from the highest levels of data sovereignty and European privacy protections.
  • 4.3 AI Processing & Intelligence: OpenAI Ireland Ltd. (1st Floor, The Academy, 42 Pearse Street, Dublin 2, Ireland).
    • Function: Powers the "AI Ghostwriter" and "SabAI Officer Audit" tools. We utilize commercial API endpoints protected by "Zero Data Retention" agreements, ensuring that no user-uploaded data is utilized for the training of foundational AI models.
  • 4.4 Financial & Compliance Infrastructure: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland) for secure, PCI-compliant payment processing.
  • 4.5 Invoicing: KBOSS.hu Kft. / Szamlazz.hu (Budapest, Hungary) for mandatory, NAV-compliant automated tax invoicing.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ANTI-SCRAPING PROTECTION

The source code, visual UI/UX layout designs, proprietary A4 layout engine algorithms, and overarching technical logic found on this platform are heavily protected by Hungarian and International Copyright Law, as well as the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) treaties.

  • Proprietary Assets: The SabAI rendering architecture, the specific grid-based A4 layout frameworks, the "SabAI Officer Audit" verification workflow, and the split-screen user interface are the exclusive intellectual property of VARGA ISTVÁN BERTALAN.
  • Trademark Protection: "SabAI," "Sabai Visa EU," and their associated visual logos and brand assets are commercial trademarks. Unauthorized use for competing services is strictly prohibited.
  • Strict Prohibitions: The unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, decompiling, or "white-labeling" of our rendering engine is strictly prohibited. We utilize active, automated monitoring to detect and block malicious scraping attempts and "bulk-account" creation. Infringements will be pursued via immediate civil litigation and criminal reporting where applicable.
